Start enjoying food again
You don't have to eat the same food day in day out with our meal plans. You have the option to customise your meal plan. For example, if you would like to eat banana pancakes everyday for breakfast then go ahead. If you change your mind, don't worry; you can swap in say, rice cake eggs benedict instead.

So simple to use
All you have to do is go to your weekly meal plan, click edit and select the meal you want to change. All the recipes will be suitable for you to achieve your goals. You will start with a basic meal plan that we have designed, but its up to you if you want to change it. You are in control of your breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. Our meal plans will change your opinion about healthy eating.

We can make your life even easier with our interactive shopping list. Either print it out or take it with you to tick on your phone. Your shopping list will determine and update depending on your meals for the week. You will then know exactly what you need to buy.
